We decided to have a BBQ night.
The weather has turned out well and as Sue is leaving back for the UK today we decided to have a BBQ and make the most of the weather. The only recording device on hand was a mobile phone, picture quality bad but sound okay and it would appear Boa Nova is a hit with the younger generation.
Thanks to all for making it an enjoyable evening and to Sue thanks for all your help!

Weekend work

Wow
We have wanted to create an entrance to the site and thought it would be a good idea to put some olive trees as you enter. In theory this was a great idea however in reality it turned out to be a logistics nightmare as the second olive tree was to big to handle with a JCB or a mini digger, so hey lets call in the real machines. Throwing the 3rd floor on plot 34
They are in the process of doing the concrete for the base of the roof terrace for the T2 apartments on plot 34. We can not wait as we believe the view of the sea will be both south and west views. What a lovely day again the sun is out and a couple of guests are sun bathing around the pool

Pool is inviting
Today as predicted has been a hot sunny day, at last the sun has arrived.
Quinta Boa Nova
We have now green grass in front of the restaurant and we are able to see how the water features are going to look. We have now cleared the entrance to Quinta da Boa Nova and what a difference, and now we have decided to make a little garden at the entrance as it wil enhance the setting as the sea and mountain view as you enter is still amazing. When we hear how what should be taken into account when purchasing property we always hear location, location and now I can see why. We have also started having some of our owners arriving for their pre summer breaks.
Today they started on the installation of the fire place in the restaurant and all involved can not wait to see the end results. David our resident photographer will keep us up to date with the photos.

Our TV’s have arrived for the pool bar/Restaurant and may I say just in time for the World cup in South Africa. The installation did not go without problems as we could only pick up the football in German. No problem with the language as we all know sport crosses the language barrier. To add to the football fever we are also having installed our speakers outside and so when you are relaxing around the pool you can still keep up to date with the game.
We have potentially agreed that as standard all cars will come with a second driver, at no extra cost.
All cars will be fully comprehensive with no excess to the driver.
All cars will be available for pick up and return at Faro, Lisbon airport and here at Quinta Boa Nova.
Children car seats will be available at no extra cost. All this is good news for our owners and rental clients.
We are moving along at a tremendous rate and today we planted the grass seeds in the garden in front of the new restaurant we are completing. The garden in is now starting to take shape and we can not wait to see them completed.
We have also started preparing the ground for the creation of the beach volley ball area. Adjacent to this will also be a bulls area as we believe it is important to provide our guest with a memorable experience.
